Our client is a renowned company in the logistics sector, providing integrated solutions across various industries. They are currently looking to hire a Senior Executive for their Workforce Development team to implement training and development strategy.about the job
...In this role, you will be responsible to develop and contribute to the Company's workforce development initiatives including:-
- Assist in developing and enhancing the company's Skills Maps and workforce & learning development initiatives through various platforms to meet business strategy goals.
- Establish relationships with leaders and stakeholders to build trust and understand learning and development strategies based on current and future business needs
- Help to drive initiatives related to upskilling the company's workforce
- Provide support in managing the financial budget for learning and development initiatives
- Support the development and setup of structures, processes, and systems for effective delivery of the organisation's vision, mission, and strategy.
- Utilise data analytics tools to create management information and business insights for HR training purposes
- Derive insights from platforms like JobKred and Qualtrics through statistical analysis to support workforce development interventions
- Effectively recommend HR training, learning programs with skills framework components and development strategies to stakeholders
- Degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar position
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, proactive and detail-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other IT applications including infographic presentation and AI software
