We aim to deliver the best experience for all interns, to create exponential growth and paving your future in the tech industry.The Electronic Financial Counselling system is a national system used by 3 clusters (SingHealth, National Health Group and National University Hospital System) in more than 20 institutions. It allows financial counsellors to advise the patients on their estimated bill size in advance. The intern will be involved with different project activities for various public healthcare institutions.Key Responsibilities
1. Requirements Scoping:
o Conduct research on user business processes and requirements.
o Identify problem areas and information technology needs.2. System Integration Testing:
o Ensure traceability between test cases and business requirements.
o Test the usability of the system and track defects until resolution.3. User Training:
o Organize training sessions for end-users.
o Prepare comprehensive training materials to facilitate learning.4. Implementation:
o Ensure a successful rollout of the system.
o Provide post go-live support to address any issues that arise.5. Liaison Role:
o Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project.About you:
  • Be pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Information Systems or related field
  • Graduating in May/Dec 2026 or May 2027
  • Strong analytical skillset
  • Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
