  • Transaction Support: Assist in all stages of corporate finance transactions, including IPOs, secondary fundraising, and M&A advisory.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth industry and company research to support transaction execution.
  • Presentation Materials: Assist in the preparation of compelling materials for internal and external meetings, including pitchbooks, presentations, and teasers.
  • Financial Modelling & Valuation: Develop financial models, perform valuation analyses (e.g., DCF, sensitivity analysis, comparable company analysis), and support due diligence efforts.
  • Team Support: Provide general support to team members as needed.
Who you work withThe Corporate Finance team within Global Investment Banking advises clients on a wide range of strategic transactions, helping them achieve their financial goals. You’ll collaborate with experienced bankers, analysts, and associates in a fast-paced and intellectually stimulating environment.Who you are
  • Open to learning and eager to contribute to a high-performing team.
  • Highly motivated with excellent writing and analytical skills.
  • Resilient and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg, Eikon, and MergerMarket is a plus.
  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in any discipline.
  • Able to commit to a full-time internship of at least 6 months.
