- Work with Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) committee to analyse and develop manpower planning solution to support new development/expansion Infrastructure plans at Tengah/New Poly/NUH/AH/Community
- Work on manpower needs projections between 2024 and 2037 to support expansion plans, weaving into consideration and analysis of Nesting (manpower surge ~two years before a campus opens) and where to deploy nesting headcounts, including planning to cater for workspaces
- Collaborate with various stakeholders from all Institutions/Business Units, including engaging with MOH, to establish baseline staffing norms for all Job Groups in NUHS Healthcare cluster
- Ascertain and reinstate the foundational manpower needs for all job group as the budget planning guidance in addition to existing manpower budget-actual forecasting process
- Support MOH lead - Medical Workforce Transformation in establishing productivity measure matrix using WAU (Weighted Average Unit) model and evaluate/mapping of medical activities to improve/streamline processes
- Establish and mange detailed plans, scope milestones and deliverables
- Assess and manage project risks and mitigation plans, call out necessary escalation whenever needed
- Conduct business requirement analysis and identify key business challenges and solutions
- Establish performance indicators, measure and achievement of desired business outcomes, identify improvement opportunities to achieve the desired outcomes
- Track, prepare and communicate regular project progress timely to project sponsor and stakeholders
- Facilitate meetings effectively
- Build and enhance professional relationships with all stakeholders including vendors
- Manpower needs analysis (e.g workload analysis)
- Manpower productivity, parameters and benchmarks
- Bachelor Degree or Above - Major in a quantitative discipline i.e. Finance, statistics, human resources, economics, or any related discipline
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Healthcare industry with a sound understanding of various Healthcare workforce job groups is critical to excel in role
- Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines and capable to effectively prioritize/organize work
- Strong analytical, organization and problem-solving skills
- Strong accountability to deliver high quality work
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skill
- Possess confidence to resonate with senior management leadership - internal and external stakeholders
- Stamina and resilience of character, confident in the management of ambiguity
