
Book-keeping accountant

- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Process and pay invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Generate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate billing and payment for services rendered
- Implement and maintain financial controls, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions
- Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and best practicesKey Requirements:
- At least 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably in a consultancy or AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry
- Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, including GAAP or IFRS
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
