Quantity Surveyor (Interior Fit-Out)

• Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions for interior fit-out projects.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations, negotiate pricing, and issue purchase orders.
• Track project costs and monitor variations, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
• Conduct site measurements, prepare progress claims, and manage final account settlements.
• Liaise with project managers, clients, and consultants to ensure project cost control and timely reporting.

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in interior fitting-out or construction industry.
• Proficient in MS Office and quantity take-off software (e.g., AutoCAD or Bluebeam preferred).
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
