We are partnering with a globally renowned real estate services and investment management firm that is dedicated to shaping the future of real estate for a better world. With deep expertise across the commercial, institutional, and industrial sectors, the firm consistently delivers innovative and sustainable solutions that create long-term value for clients and stakeholders.They are currently seeking M&E Quantity Surveyors to join their team in Singapore as they expand their capabilities and prepare for upcoming project demands.Key responsibilities:
- Assist with tender pricing and cost estimation-prepare cost comparisons, solicit quotations, and compile Bills of Quantities for interior fit-out and M&E packages.
- Execute contract administration-evaluate subcontractor and vendor deliverables, manage procurement processes via integrated platforms, and oversee purchase orders and invoice processing.
- Maintain cost monitoring systems-track expenditures, forecast budgets, and produce regular cost reports to ensure financial targets are met.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, designers, and contractors to address changes, negotiate commercial terms, and incorporate cost considerations into design decisions.
- Prepare tender documentation-including drawings, specifications, BoQ, and tender amendments-and manage supplier/vendor directories.
- Support end-to-end procurement operations: onboarding vendors, pre-qualification, purchase order issuance, and invoice validation.
- Work effectively under tight deadlines, demonstrating strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.Key qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services or related discipline.
- 3-5 years in a QS or cost consultancy role, ideally with exposure to fit-out and/or M&E projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with cost estimating or QS software is a plus.
- Attention to detail, strong organization, analytical thinking, urgent responsiveness, and effective communication.
