- Lead end-to-end financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, tax, audit, and regulatory compliance.
- Drive insightful financial planning and analysis to support strategic business decisions.
- Deliver commercial insights on cost structures, product profitability, and inventory management to ensure cohesive alignment between service delivery and product sales.
- Strengthen financial reporting frameworks and internal controls to ensure accuracy, transparency, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to evaluate new business initiatives, pricing strategies, and capital investments.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
- Prepare comprehensive board reports, including financial presentations and KPI dashboards.
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline.
- Professional accounting qualification such as CA or CPA is essential.
- Minimum 12 years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably within architecture, design consultancy, construction, or related sectors.
- Strong expertise in corporate financial governance, reporting, and compliance.
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders as a trusted strategic partner.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, hands-on environment with lean teams.
