- Unison Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users within the organization.
- Your responsibilities will include resolving hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, and other IT peripherals. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems to ensure they operate efficiently.
- You will also assist users with technical inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and escalate issues when necessary. Additionally, you will provide remote assistance for off-site users using remote desktop tools and assist users with login issues, password resets, and access-related queries.
- Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of desktop operating systems, knowledge of desktop hardware components and peripherals, and excellent troubleshooting skills. You should be able to analyze and solve hardware and software problems efficiently, collaborate with other IT professionals and support teams, and contribute to the overall IT support function.
- At least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or advanced /Higher /Graduate Diploma.
- Prefer healthcare environment experience.
