We have more than 500,000 users worldwide.THE ROLELOCATION: SINGAPORE OR WILLING TO RELOCATEWe're searching for 2 motivated Senior Product Managers based in Singapore or willing to relocate, to translating ideas into successful strategies and features, and oversee product development from conception to release. This includes collecting and prioritizing customer requirements, defining the product vision, and fostering close collaboration with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure that we meet our revenue and customer satisfaction goals.To succeed in this role, you must be a reliable problem-solver, and confident in your ability to assess ideas and determine their viability. Work with the CEO or Product Lead to define and align the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Collaborate with senior management to devise product plans and roadmaps
Gather and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products
Translate product strategy into actionable designs and requirements
Peer-lead more junior product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams
Produce and review product requirements documents (PRDs)
Ensure that products and releases are launched accurately and on schedule
Develop methods to monitor product use and measure its impact on end-users

RequirementsWHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Product Manager or similar role in B2B SaaS.
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience in product lifecycle management
Technical aptitude with a solid understanding of software development and web technologies
Ability to understand and participate in technical discussions with the Engineering team, with familiarity with software terminology
Familiarity with Agile methodology
Strong organizational and peer-leadership abilities
Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking skills
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is strongly preferred
