- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth across the region
- Work collaboratively with country BU leaders and teams to ensure alignment across local and global direction
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and target markets
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives to generate leads and increase client acquisition
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales and marketing strategies
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and make necessary adjustments to optimize results
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior in the Asia region
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
