- Structure Process Network across all regions for main processes.
- Develop Logistics Process Strategy.
- Research best practices inside and outside the company.
- Investigating shortfalls, issues, and complaints in current global processes.
- Develop trainings in continuous improvement focused on Logistics.
- Train and guide employees in continuous improvement principles, concepts and tools.
- Coach on Problem Solving Methodologies and tools usage
- Lead assigned projects related to logistics processes and continuous improvement.
- Develop Project Management capabilities within Logistics
- Collaborating with stakeholders of all levels to achieve goals.
- Staying up to date with developments in management and process organization and optimization.
- Other related tasks assigned by Management.
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Process Management, or Operations Management.
- Five years' experience in continuous improvement, process optimization in Logistics or warehouse management.
- Experience leading projects with structured methodology.
- Deep understanding of continuous improvement mindset, concepts and tools
- Flexibility to work on different time zones throughout the week connecting with North America, Europe and Asia colleagues.
- A strategic and analytical mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly structured and organized work.
- Leadership and mentoring skills, with confidence in your abilities to lead organizational change.
- Deep understanding of SAP modules for Warehouse Management (ECP, P System, etc)
- Deep understanding of Warehouse processes, Applied Material’s processes preferred.
- Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines
- Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
- Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
- Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policies
- Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus
