- Spearhead and manage client onboarding and integration processes;
- Oversee and manage strategic projects;
- Collaborate closely with internal teams throughout inquiry and quotation phases;
- Develop sales and business proposals with internal and external teams, including presentation and pricing material;
- Conduct profitability analyses and budget evaluations using analytical tools;
- Drive and direct key supply chain initiatives for clients across the region;
- Manage full project life-cycles;
- Ensure that project timelines are met;
- Work closely with internal teams for escalations and risk management;
- Identify and report significant risks to the internal stakeholders;
- Lead and support business process improvement drives across the region.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the logistics and supply chain industry;
- Experience in SAP and analytics tools will be an advantage;
- Experience working with process improvement methodologies, such as Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc.;
- Organisational skills, and ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams;
- Strong customer-focus and excellent communication skills;
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to new requirements and innovation;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Strong accountability and sense of responsibility.
