How you succeedThis role will be part of the Group Compensation & Benefits team. The role will be responsible for supporting the staff loans and ESPP portfolio, as well as implement process improvement and wellness initiatives. He/she will also be required to work closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders.What you doStaff Loans
  • Support the full cycle of administration and processing of staff loan benefits (Loan application, disbursement, and redemption)
  • Work with vendor and IT on system and process enhancements
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements
  • Perform loan reporting as required
  • Provide support and maintain oversight on loan administration in entities
Employee Share Plan Administration· Support the annual Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) enrolment exercise· Support regulatory reporting and disclosures· Support ongoing ESPP administration as a checkerOthers
  • Process work injury compensation as required
  • Process benefits related vendor bills/ invoices and ensure timely and accurate payment to vendors
  • Support Wellness initiatives
  • Participate in audit exercise and due diligence activities
  • Support implementation of employee wellness initiatives
  • Support other projects (eg. HCM) and day to day activities in benefits team

  • Experienced compensation & benefits professional with a bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience in compensation & benefits operations
  • Proven track record to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior knowledge and experience in vendor management will be an advantage.
  • Strong attention to details with good project management skills.
  • Meticulous, analytical and numerate. Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Team-player with good communication skills and the ability to engage and partner with vendors and multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive in initiating and recommending changes in order to improve existing processes.
