- Assist in the planning and coordination of resources for on-site trainings and workshops, including room setup, participant communication, and vendor management, ensuring smooth execution and participant satisfaction.
- Design and develop materials for learning initiatives and programmes, supporting the communication of these initiatives to enhance employee engagement and knowledge retention.
- Assist in the planning and event management of learning initiatives, including vendor management and communications, contributing to successful learning experiences.
- Ensure training expenses for on-site trainings and workshops are processed promptly, maintaining accurate records and efficient financial operations.
- Research and propose new, engaging, and innovative learning activities, technologies, and content to enhance our existing materials, driving continuous improvement in learning and development.
- Depending on personal interest and comfort level, co-facilitate some of the on-site sessions, gaining valuable experience in delivering training and developing facilitation skills.
- Support other HR and L&D projects as necessary, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the HR department and gaining broad experience.
- An educational background in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- A strong interest in learning and development, talent development, or organizational learning.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- A self-motivated and adaptable individual with a positive attitude, demonstrating initiative and a willingness to learn.
- Experience in developing visual or presentation aids and materials.
- Experience in working across cultures or regional/global teams
- Have a creative portfolio, blog, or passion project
