
Assistant Lead, mewatch Product

- Define and evolve the product roadmap to align with user needs, platform goals, and corporate priorities.
- Translate product vision into quarterly OKRs, MVP definitions, and sprint deliverables.
- Prioritize features and technical improvements using a balance of data insights, effort, feasibility, and customer impact.
- Lead the ideation, scoping, and delivery of features across all major platforms: iOS, Android, Web, and Connected TVs (tvOS, WebOS, Tizen, Android TV).
- Ensure consistent and high-quality user experiences across devices.
- Product Leadership & oversee the delivery of features
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, QA, and data teams to ensure timely and high-quality feature rollouts.
- Implement structured problem-solving practices and agile delivery processes.
- Present product updates, business cases, and roadmap plans to senior management and executive stakeholders.
- Effectively manage budgets for product development.
- Actively participate in governance forums to align product direction with digital strategy.
- Leverage tools such as Mixpanel, Adobe Analytics, and GA4 to guide product decisions.
- Analyse engagement data, funnel drop-offs, and user friction points to refine features and optimise journeys.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in media, technology, or entertainment industries, with at least 3 to 5 years in a leadership role
- Masters / Computer Science / MBA
- Strong ability to develop and implement a roadmap for mewatch.
- Evaluating market trends, competition, and audience needs.
- Leading, mentoring, and coaching diverse teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of managing and iterating OTT products, focusing on UX/UI, functionality, and user journeys. Budgeting and financial planning.
- Understanding of the OTT ecosystem, including content distribution models (SVOD, AVOD, TVOD), emerging technologies, and audience trends. Strong analytical skills
