Process services request from development tools applications.
Provide first level support to users on tool’s usage
Develop and maintain scripts in python and groovy language
Ensure tools availability to end users and escalate to IT if needed

Qualifications

Good debugging skills
Able to work in a team
Familiar with IDE like IntelliJ and PyCharm
Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and Agile methodology is a plus.
Good programming skills (scripting knowledge in python and groovy is a plus)
Good understating of Development Operations (DevOps) is a plus
Students from Computer Science and Computer Engineering course is a plus
