- Partner and support the Heads of Departments and Line Managers in a proactive and consultative approach, including but not limited to a full spectrum of HR functions which includes Talent Acquisition, Campus Visit, Staff Retention, Compensation and performance appraisals as well as learning and development.
- Partner Centres of Excellence (COE) in reviewing, developing and implementing / administering HR guidelines and work processes.
- Participate in projects on an ad-hoc basis.
- Brainstorm ideas for improvement on processes and translate them into action plans
- Bachelor degree in HR Management or equivalent, and iHRP certification.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience as a HR Business Partner
- Good communication skills - good command of written and spoken English.
- Good knowledge and skills in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
- Strong analytical and meticulous skills.
- Good people management skills - a team player with a positive attitude who is able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to take ownership of task assigned and strive for continuous improvement.
- Strong sense of teamwork and willing to help across different business functions when required.
