- Gain exposure and overview of regional Key Account Management & Business Development activities
- Develop an appreciation for analysis of customer-centric metrices
- Enhance multidisciplinary skills: time & project management, communication, and collaboration with various stakeholders in the regional teams, as well as professionals from different counties.
- Prepare weekly reports & sales presentations on customer performance
- Monitor & address strategic accounts underperformance with relevant internal stakeholders
- Coordinate data collection from key internal stakeholders for the regional reporting
- Provide support for Cars-in-Container (CiC) projects end-to-end from pre-sales to operational delivery through the following activities:
- Gather traffic and volume data for finished vehicles imports and exports among key players in targeted markets and customer segments
- Present data and insights to CMA CGM and CEVA stakeholders to facilitate business development initiatives
- Keep track of all CiC pipelines project statuses
- Monitor / manage operational challenges and recommend solutions
- Ability to commit at least 3 months - full time internship
- Proficiency in MS Excel (i.e. vlookup/pivot table) and MS PPT
- Possess good verbal and written communication
- Proactive and team player
- Organized and detail oriented
- Able to analyze data and derive insights
