We invite you to join our diverse team on our journey to becoming Global Top 5 in the coming years.About the roleReporting to the Head of Vertical - Beauty, the Regional Key Account Support Intern will be part of the Beauty vertical and will be responsible in providing support for various marketing, communication and projects in the region. This 6-months full-time internship commences July 2024.What you will be doing

Collating of monthly Beauty reports from all entities
Collating of studies and analysis of Beauty market research done by each local Key Account Managers (KAMs) for their respective country
Support the maintenance of Beauty vertical's SharePoint and updating of Beauty's ASPAC deck
Consolidate statistical elements from various operation sites and achieve a monthly regional reporting vision of our business
Participate in the set-up and follow-up of internal standard procedures to enhance productivity and transparency
Maintain acceptable Health, Safety and Environmental risk levels in his/her area of responsibility
Ensure the compliance with applicable legal requirements

RequirementsThe successful candidate

Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing or Communications preferred
Strong proficiency in English (written & spoken)
Analytical, with ability to translate complex requirements and data into effective solutions
Strong marketing, project management and organizational skills
Takes initiative and able to to work independently
Advanced in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Visio, MS Project
