General & Technical Knowledge
Demonstrates full understanding of the Shangri-La Experience and adheres to current corporate and hotel housekeeping service standards.
Customer Loyalty & Service Standards
Collects and acts on guest preferences to enhance satisfaction.
Maintains professional and caring interactions with guests, following hotel policies and procedures.
Operational Processes
Responds promptly to guest requests and runs errands as needed.
Properly uses and cares for housekeeping chemicals and equipment.
Cleans and sets up guest rooms, including extra beds and baby cots/playpens.
Manages guest loan items, ensuring they are clean, functional, and properly tracked.
Follows SOPs for handling master keys, pagers, and phones.
Reports any loss or damage of linen, furniture, fixtures, or equipment to the Service Leader - Housekeeping.
Identifies and reports maintenance deficiencies to the Service Leader - Housekeeping to ensure timely resolution.
Key Requirements:
At least 1 year's working experience under the housekeeping department within the hospitality industry.
