Guest Room Cleaning:
Clean and service guest rooms daily, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
Replenish room amenities and supplies, such as toiletries, towels, and minibar items.
Attention to Detail:
Inspect rooms for cleanliness and ensure all standards are met before marking them as ready for guests.
Report maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly for resolution.
Guest Interaction:
Respond to guest requests for additional items or services promptly and professionally.
Ensure guest privacy and confidentiality while performing room duties.
Public Area Support:
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and order in public areas when required.
Support other housekeeping tasks during high-occupancy periods or special events.
Compliance & Safety:
Follow all safety and hygiene protocols, including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Adhere to hotel policies regarding lost and found items, room security, and guest privacy.
Process Efficiency:
Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within allocated timeframes.
