- Participate in the planning, coordination and execution of employer branding programs and initiatives across various platforms and functions for Singapore.
- Assist in social media strategy, projects and initiatives in Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Execute a series of employer branding videos for recruitment marketing and social media.
- Be involved in conducting research in brand and social media.
- Pursuing undergraduate degree in Marketing or Communications.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with the confidence and maturity to interact effectively with people from all levels.
- Skills in basic videography and video editing is a plus.
- Passionate and knowledgeable about social media platforms and trends, particularly Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Self-starter with drive, creativity and passion, and a strong desire to learn.
- Able to work collaboratively as well as independently effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks concurrently.
