IT Solutions Architect

• Understand Business Requirements: Dive deep into customer expectations, constraints, and opportunities. Translate new prospects into comprehensive product components and strategize project implementations.
• Design Solution Architecture: Analyze existing architectures, prescribe technology upgrades, and craft innovative solutions on cloud/on-premise platforms. Drive compatibility, interoperability, and usability of recommended architectures, fostering growth through proof-of-concept.
• Develop Technical Roadmaps: Lead the setup of development and production environments. Support development teams in end-to-end implementation, testing, and risk mitigation. Foster continuous improvements in design processes.
• Contribute to Innovation Strategy: Build industry expertise, recommend new technologies, scout and test innovative solutions in the market, and expand the Innovation Station ecosystem through local partnerships and R&D projects.

• Educational Background: Engineering or master’s degree in data, computer science & information systems.
• Experience: 5 to 10 years in IT/digital companies or startups. Extensive practice in data and software architecture. Experience in MLOps and DevOps, including tools like Docker and Ansible. Proficiency with Git and release management.
• Skills: Strong customer-centric approach, analytical mindset, and business acumen. Knowledgeable in agile practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience in a fast-paced team culture.

• Experience in Innovation/R&D teams for fast-tracked product development.
• Understanding of the Apache open-source ecosystem.
• Experience with AIML and Big Data technologies (e.g., Jupyter Notebook, Hadoop, PySpark).
• Familiarity with common data science toolkits.
