- Play a HR advisory role, partnering closely with key stakeholders on driving the HR agenda while meeting business objectives.
- Delivery of all HR activities including but not limited to HR operations, recruitment and resourcing, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management and organsiation development.
- Develop and implement initiatives to drive employee engagement and retention, fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
- Oversee the day-to-day office administration, including facilities, inventory, and vendor management, ensuring smooth operations.
- Degree-qualified, with 10 to 12 years of HR generalist and office operations experience; prior exposure to the financial services sector would be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices, policies, and frameworks.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation.
- High level of personal integrity, accountability, and a strong sense of ownership.
- Self-starter who is agile, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
