- Be at the heart of Ogury's market expansion in Singapore, taking a leading role in a rapidly growing and dynamic AdTech space while shaping the company's presence in the region.
- Hybrid work setup based in our Singapore office, with the flexibility to come in 2-3 days per week-or more if you prefer-to collaborate, brainstorm, and connect with your team in person.
- Engage with Ogurians across APAC and Europe, giving you the opportunity to build meaningful relationships in a vibrant, multi-cultural environment and gain exposure to global best practices, cross-market initiatives, and innovative approaches in digital advertising.
- Drive and own new business growth across agencies & brands in Singapore, contributing directly to Ogury's expansion in the region by identifying high-potential opportunities and executing strategic sales plans.
- Maximize revenues through close collaboration with the Singapore and SEA sales teams, ensuring alignment on targets, sharing best practices, and driving coordinated efforts to achieve success in the market.
- Develop sales initiatives and customized package offerings that address the specific needs of clients, effectively communicate Ogury's unique value proposition, and differentiate our solutions in a competitive landscape.
- Leverage industry relationships to open new doors, cultivating meaningful connections with key decision-makers, agency partners, and brand stakeholders to expand Ogury's reach and strengthen market presence.
- Represent Ogury actively at networking events, industry conferences, and professional associations, positioning the company as a thought leader in adtech and building strong brand recognition across the region.
- Maintain a healthy and robust sales pipeline by tracking opportunities, managing follow-ups, and providing accurate forecasting for the Singapore market, ensuring business objectives and revenue targets are consistently met.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, using insights to inform sales strategies and proactively identify areas for growth or differentiation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams, ensuring that sales initiatives are supported by operational excellence and that clients receive a seamless, high-quality experience.
- Proven sales experience, particularly in the AdTech or Media industries, with a strong track record of driving success and achieving targets
- Demonstrated expertise in Media sales and solutions for large Brands, experience in Managed and programmatic offerings, including structuring and closing enterprise-wide deals with major industry players
- Well-established network and relationships with key contacts at agencies and brands, leveraging those connections to expand business opportunities
- Prior experience in creating strategic agreements and partnerships with agencies to drive mutual success
- A high degree of creativity paired with a solutions-oriented mindset, able to approach challenges with innovative solutions
- A consultative mindset, focused on connecting with clients to help them unlock their potential and build lasting, value-driven relationships
