By delivering innovative technologies, we empower caregivers with the tools necessary to enhance the quality of care and provide a secure environment for those under their supervision.Job DescriptionJob Scope:As a Customer Support Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Technical Consulting.SCOPE OF WORKDuties include, but are not limited to the following:

Conduct internal testing of the product and products to identify any network security issues and other vulnerabilities.

Developing and updating marketing materials

Handling walk-in customers, also attend corporate customers and assist in corporate meetings

Preparing proposal and presentation materials for pitches to potential clients

Assisting in drafting quotations based on customer requirements

Provide technical support to the customers mainly mainly through online, over the phone and in-house.

Repairing of electronic devices in house

Requirements:

Students majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology.

Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

Possess strong organisational skills, a keen desire to learn and ability to prioritise in a challenging, fast-paced environment.

Able to work independently
