- Own, design, plan, and implement the strategic marketing plan for APAC LEGO Education to drive awareness of LEGO Education (brand and product), including: in-market campaigns, events, and partnerships. In partnership with APAC Market Lead, align the marketing plan with regional growth targets. As part of the LEGO Education International Marketing Team, ensure the marketing plan aligns to international marketing activities and ambitions, e.g. brand awareness campaigns and targets.
- Act as a marketing partner for reseller partners in our APAC region, focusing on Australia, Japan, and South Korea. Ensuring partners maximize LEGO Education marketing opportunities to ensure profitable growth, while protecting the LEGO® Education brand in all activations.
- Identify key opportunities for building the business, working with the APAC Market Lead and Account Managers to identify key market trends and growth opportunities. Gain knowledge of the APAC market and use these insights to help the APAC Market Lead identify key opportunities for building the business.
- Be an active member of our LEGO Education International Marketing Team, bringing forward lessons learned and standard processes to improve our effectiveness
- Act as brand champion in APAC region for LEGO Education, ensuring 100% LEGO Education brand consistency in our own and partner marketing activities
- APAC Marketing budget ownership from planning, reporting to ensuring maximum impact from investment
- Bachelor’s degree in a marketing or business-related field (preferred) or equivalent working experience
- 5+ years’ experience building and executing marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Track record of building and implementing international B2B marketing campaigns and strategies, including campaign tracking and reporting.
- Extensive experience within a global B2B channel or partnership marketing role.
- Good experience in international or regional marketing teams.
- Ability to take initiative, recognize and act on opportunities.
- Curiosity, a passion for learning, improving, and collaborating.
- Confident working in a matrix, multi-cultural environment.
- Fluent in English, Korean and Japanese languages would be preferred
- Can accept some travel plans both global and regional.
