Architectural Supervisor (Construction)

• Review, coordinate, and produce architectural shop drawings and related works for projects.
• Supervise and inspect architectural works carried out by subcontractors on site.
• Ensure compliance with architectural specifications, Singapore Building Codes, and quality standards such as BCA CONQUAS.
• Coordinate architectural services with other trades and manage scheduling, material requisition, cost control, and documentation.
• Monitor adherence to project timelines, quality, and safety standards.

• Degree in Building/Architecture or equivalent
• At least 5 years' relevant experience in the Construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Building Codes, regulations, and local quality standards.
• Familiarity with construction safety requirements
