We’re seeking a seasoned Lead Enterprise Architect to shape and drive our enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring scalable, resilient, and future-ready solutions for one of our multinational financial services client. In this pivotal role, you’ll define architectural standards, frameworks, and governance to enable digital transformation and compliance across our business.What You’ll Do:Define and evolve enterprise architecture aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.Lead architecture planning and roadmaps across applications, data, infrastructure, and security domains.Collaborate with country-level chief architects and business/IT leaders to ensure alignment and execution.Guide engineering, data governance, and delivery teams in designing scalable, reliable architecture.Drive innovation by exploring emerging tech (e.g., AI, blockchain) to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.Lead and mentor a team of architects, fostering collaboration and innovation.Ensure architectural compliance with local insurance regulations and internal standards.What You Bring:12+ years in architecture roles (5+ as Enterprise Architect), ideally in the insurance or financial services sector.Deep experience in EA frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman), system integration, and architecture governance.Technical expertise in:Microservices, APIs, SOA, EDAJava, Python, JavaScript, Angular, React, FlutterDevSecOps, observability toolsData architecture, governance, analytics, securityEA tools (e.g., BizzDesign, Sparx)You Also Have:Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field.Certifications: TOGAF/Zachman, ITIL, AWS/Azure Solution Architect (preferred).Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.A strategic mindset with hands-on ability to deliver architecture that supports real business outcomes.If interested, please click “Apply” or contact JJ How via for a further confidential discussion
