Seeking an experienced and business-savvy Enterprise Architect with a strong applications background to lead cross-functional architecture initiatives in a fast-paced Retail / FMCG environment. The successful candidate will bring deep understanding of enterprise-wide application landscapes across domains such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, B2B, and B2C. You will collaborate closely with domain experts, business stakeholders, and technology leaders to define, integrate, and evolve the enterprise architecture that underpins critical business capabilities.This is a strategic and hands-on role that balances architecture governance, solution integration, and transformation leadership in a globally distributed, multi-system environment.Key Responsibilities:Enterprise Architecture Leadership
  • Develop and maintain the enterprise application architecture blueprint, ensuring alignment with business strategy and technology standards.
  • Define architecture principles, guardrails, and reference models across domains.
  • Act as a thought leader on architecture topics across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Commercial (B2B/B2C), and Digital.
Cross-Domain Integration & Collaboration
  • Work closely with domain architects, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to design integrated and scalable solutions.
  • Ensure seamless interaction and data flow across ERP, MES, CRM, eCommerce, data platforms, and legacy systems.
  • Lead integration initiatives for M&A, new product launches, or global expansion projects.
Application Portfolio Management
  • Evaluate current-state application landscapes and develop future-state roadmaps.
  • Identify opportunities for rationalization, modernization, or cloud migration.
  • Guide the selection and implementation of key enterprise platforms (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.).
Solution Governance & Delivery Oversight
  • Support major transformation programs by providing architectural oversight and design validation.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Data Architects, Security teams, and external partners to ensure cohesive solutions.
  • Participate in architecture review boards and ensure compliance with governance standards.
Technology Trends & Innovation
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends (e.g., composable architecture, MACH, AI/ML in supply chain).
  • Drive innovation by identifying capabilities that enable agility, scalability, and customer-centricity.
Key Domains & Systems Exposure:
  • ERP (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle)
  • Supply Chain & Manufacturing Systems (e.g., MES, WMS, APS)
  • Finance & Controlling Systems
  • CRM & Digital Commerce (B2B/B2C, Salesforce, Adobe, SAP CX, etc.)
  • Integration Platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, SAP PI/PO, Dell Boomi)
  • Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Data & Analytics (e.g., data lakes, BI, reporting platforms)
Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in an enterprise or solution architecture role.
  • Strong application architecture background across multiple domains (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, etc.).
  • Proven experience in complex enterprise environments, preferably in FMCG, CPG, Retail, or Manufacturing sectors.
  • Deep understanding of integration patterns, cloud adoption, and enterprise platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to influence without authority.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
