
Merchant Account Manager (GrabFood)

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential merchants to drive growth for GrabFood.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, focusing on increasing profitability, GMV, and delivery volumes.
- Develop and execute business strategies to grow merchant sales and collaborate across Grab's verticals such as GrabPay, GrabAds, and GrabExpress.
- Analyze merchant performance data and create actionable plans to optimize growth and revenue.
- Address merchant feedback, resolve concerns, and ensure operational excellence through tailored solutions and regular business reviews.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized reporting, marketing support, and product enhancements for merchants.
- Proven experience in account management, business development, or a related field
- Ideally with 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build lasting partnerships.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver tailored solutions for merchants.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving growth targets and operational excellence.
- Familiarity with F&B businesses and/or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
