
Merchant Growth Manager, Emerging

- Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of merchants, ensuring their needs are met and their businesses are supported
- Manage merchant accounts with a focus on GMV, monetisation, and delivery volumes
- Develop and execute scalable business strategies to drive growth for merchants across Grab's ecosystem.
- Conduct regular business reviews with merchants to share insights, address concerns, and align on growth strategies
- Coordinate campaigns and initiatives that drive merchant engagement and growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide customised reporting, marketing support, merchant operation support and product enhancements.
- 3 or more years of experience in account management, business development, or a related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build lasting partnerships
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver tailored solutions for merchants
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving growth targets and operational excellence
- Familiarity with F&B businesses and/or e-commerce platforms is a plus
