We are looking for driven and entrepreneurial Business & Operations Interns to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to game development, work closely with clients, and be a key player in delivering unforgettable experiences. If you are passionate about operations, enjoy critical thinking, and want hands-on experience in a high-growth environment, this is your chance to shine!Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities: * Manage puzzle hunt bookings and oversee client communication from inquiry to execution.
  • Lead and facilitate puzzle hunt events, creating engaging experiences for participants.
  • Coordinate teams during large-scale events for efficient collaboration.
  • Build partnerships with venues and suppliers to enhance program offerings.
  • Perform market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to drive engagement and new business.
Qualifications
  • Excellent oral & written communication competency, comfortable with negotiations and interacting with top decision-makers
  • Good awareness of live market trends
  • Show ability to navigate through ambiguity with a strong work ethic
  • Genuine interest and passion for solving puzzles & playing games
  • Singaporean/PR - students, fresh grad and anyone over age of 18 is welcome to apply
  • Chinese speakers will be preferred
