Product puts our travelers first and delivers that special travel experience in the most creative expression.The Opportunity:We are seeking a highly motivated Product Researcher with native Korean language skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in the travel industry, specifically the Korean travel market, and will assist in researching and analysing Korean travel products. This role will involve conducting product teardowns, identifying trends, and providing insights to help shape our product strategy.Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on the Korean travel market, focusing on OTAs, to understand the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Perform product teardowns, analysing their features, functionalities, user interface, and overall customer experience.
- Translate and interpret Korean language content into English, ensuring accurate representation of the original content.
- Collaborate with the product team to share insights and findings from the Korean market, contributing to product development and strategy.
- Assist in creating reports and presentations to communicate research findings and recommendations to the team.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in the Korean travel industry and OTAs.
- This role is open for part-time contract with 2 days/week and students
- Fluent in English and Korean (Native or TOPIK6)
- Have basic understanding in Korean travel industry and OTAs
- Move fast and adapt to a fast-paced working environment
