- Responsible for the day-to-day training operations.
- Plan, schedule and coordinate training with stakeholders, trainers and trainees.
- Administration of training records and registration of courses.
- Plan, direct and supervise training operation, work activities of the training team, logistic readiness.
- Maintain training expenditure (including payment of trainers).
- Handle enquiries and feedback on training courses.
- To update current and/or produce new training materials that will be able to cater to the market's need or industry's needs.
- To design and develop e-learning training content.
- Recruit, train, and manage a pool of quality Associate Trainers, Associate Developers and Associate Assessors to ensure high quality experience for customers.
- Conduct delivery of training and assessment.
- To liaise with relevant authorities to ensure all audits meet the compliance of both internal & external's audits.
- Create and maintain training SOP, workflow charts and policies ensuring compliances with government regulations.
- Work with the marketing team create marketing collaterals and drive awareness for events such as seminars, workshops, digital marketing campaigns etc.
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- This is a 6-months temp role from October 2023 to March 2024.
- Possess at least a Diploma in Sales & Marketing / Business Management / Multimedia or any other related fields of discipline.
- Min 3 years of relevant experience.
- Preferably ACTA / ACLP certified.
- Familiar with SkillsFuture SG (SSG) and Workforce Singapore (WSG) compliance/auditing, submission of documents' requirements and SSG Skills Frameworks.
- Has good time management and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer service mind-set and confident in cold calling.
- Meticulous individual with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
