- Develop a customized training and support program for retail store staff, adapting global strategies and content to align with the specific needs and objectives of the business.
- Collaborate with the Retail Management team to implement business strategies and drive sales and service goals through effective training programs
- Enhance the customer experience in stores by analyzing customer shopping needs, studying competitor practices, and improving the luxury service environment both within and outside retail.
- Promote and support the implementation of brand experience selling ceremonies in stores.
- Utilize and maintain the company's online learning platform to ensure the effective implementation of fundamental training programs, contributing to measurable impacts on sales and KPIs.
- Regularly visit stores to understand evolving in-store experiences, identify opportunities, and address considerations for implementation.
- Assist in establishing effective networks and mechanisms for training implementation, including store or regional train-the-trainer initiatives.
- Provide training support to the wholesale and distribution partner network as needed, adapting materials to meet their specific business needs.
- Collect and utilize relevant data and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development within the retail or hospitality industry.
- Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in creating engaging training content and learning tools.
- Exhibit strong written, and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Able to develop and implement innovative approaches to training programs that produce measurable results.
- Skilled in strategizing, measuring impact, and making necessary adjustments to achieve defined objectives.
- Proficient in analyzing customer-related data to draw conclusions and provide improvement recommendations.
- Able to build effective cross-functional partnerships.
- Display strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Luxury brand experience is considered advantageous.
