As a Divisional Office Intern, you’ll gain valuable exposure to the inner workings of Global Transaction Banking, supporting key initiatives and ensuring smooth operations. You’ll contribute directly to the preparation of important materials for leadership and play a vital role in tracking progress and maintaining documentation.How you succeedTo excel in this role, you’ll need to be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a proactive attitude. You’ll be comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and communicating effectively with stakeholders across the organization. A strong work ethic and a commitment to accuracy are essential.What you doYour responsibilities will include:
  • Presentation Support: Assist in the preparation and collation of presentations for internal strategy roadmaps, business reviews, and management updates.
  • Process & Control Documentation: Support the tracking and documentation of business controls, processes, and operational plans.
  • Meeting Support & Reporting: Take accurate minutes during internal meetings and external calls, preparing clear and concise call reports.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Maintain and update internal trackers, dashboards, and documentation as required.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders to gather inputs and ensure timely submission of materials.
  • Ad-hoc Support: Support other projects and tasks as assigned by the Divisional Office Team.
Who you work withThe Divisional Office within Global Transaction Banking provides critical support to leadership, ensuring smooth operations and effective execution of strategic initiatives. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic team and interact with stakeholders across various departments.Who you are

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Clear and concise written communication skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Prior internship experience with project work in financial services or corporate reporting is a plus.
