Responsibilities:Consolidate and validate data from various internal and external sources prior to analysis.Perform detailed data analysis and calculate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for both team and departmental reporting.Generate timely and accurate analytical reports to support strategic and operational decision-making.Supply bunker-related data to other departments and serve as a coordinator or moderator during inter-departmental meetings.Support day-to-day bunker operations, including the registration of monthly bunker plans into internal systems.Communicate effectively with vessels and stakeholders to finalize bunkering arrangements and respond to emergency scenarios involving bunker operations.Requirements:Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies, Data Analytics, or a related field.1 to 3 years of relevant experience in shipping or vessel operations.Prior onboard experience as an Assistant Engineer (1st/2nd/3rd); higher ranks and container vessel experience will be an added advantage.Solid understanding of shipping operations and bunkering processes.Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and draw meaningful insights.Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Strong critical thinking and clear reporting skills.Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills to collaborate with global stakeholders.
