- Lead the full innovation cyclefrom identifying market trends and customer challenges to launching new business models.
- Drive ideation initiatives focused on emerging technologies, new value chains, and unmet needs in the automotive and supply chain sectors.
- Design and implement future-oriented strategies that align with the companys long-term growth objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive research on industry trends, competitor landscapes, and macroeconomic changes to surface innovation opportunities.
- Partner with internal teams and external collaborators to conceptualize, test, and refine new business models.
- Leverage methodologies such as Design Thinking, Agile, and Lean to rapidly prototype and validate new ideas.
- Forge strong relationships with startups, research bodies, and innovation hubs to identify co-development or investment prospects.
- Create detailed business cases, financial projections, and go-to-market strategies for new ventures.
- Lead pilot initiatives and incubate early-stage concepts, overseeing the transition to operational business units when appropriate.
- Degree/ Master in Business, Strategy, Innovation, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Min 5 years of experience in business innovation, strategic transformation, or new business development.
- Demonstrated success in converting innovative ideas into viable products, services, or ventures.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Lean Start-up, Design Thinking, and business model innovation principles.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive initiatives within a corporate environment.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experienced in working with senior leadership and navigating complex cross-functional settings.
- Ability to bring clarity and direction in ambiguous, fast-paced situations.
