- Support the Executive Director in preparing Board and Leadership updates, including key milestones tracking, budget utilisation, and strategic risk mitigation.
- Establish and maintain a robust reporting framework and governance calendar to track project KPIs, compliance requirements, and grant performance.
- Develop and implement executive dashboards and summaries to facilitate informed decision-making and enhance stakeholder engagement.
- Oversee cost centre setup and budget tracking processes to ensure timely and accurate utilisation of resources.
- Lead the administration and disbursement of grant funds to partners, ensuring accountability, audit compliance, and outcome-driven resource allocation.
- Drive financial planning cycles and develop scenario-based models to guide strategic resource distribution.
- Lead a team in delivering core operational functions, including procurement, HR coordination, contract administration, and internal policy formulation.
- Ensure operational practices align with public sector or grant governance requirements, including audit compliance and documentation standards.
- Streamline processes and introduce tools or standard operating procedures to increase operations efficiency whilst minimising administrative risk.
- Drive internal engagement and cohesion through retreats, staff events, onboarding activities, and milestone celebrations to foster team unity.
- Champion the development of a collaborative and high-performing team culture aligned to the mission of transforming healthcare.
- Serve as the cross-functional liaison to harmonise internal communications and ensure alignment of shared goals.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 to 6 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, financial management, and operations, preferably in healthcare, research, or public sector settings.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into executive insights.
- Experience with fund/grant administration and governance is essential.
- Highly organised, adaptable, and confident navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.
