- Be part of the Key Account Management Team to optimize business volume and profitability for NVO segment.
- Continuous growth in productivity for sales efficiency and to deliver KPIs in both TEUs and contribution margin.
- Collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer experiences.
- Develop strategies to negotiate and manage key accounts locally to achieve maximum returns in both multiple trade lanes and contributions.
- Maintain quality account business information in CRM for analytics on business KPI such as volume, revenue, conversion rate.
- Develop customer segmentation strategy to augment corporate portfolio compatibility.
- Actively promote e-commerce and digital solutions to steer the company digitalization strategies.
- Potential career advancement to manage key accounts at regional or global level.
- Diploma/Degree in Maritime Studies or Shipping-related discipline with 1 to 2 years of liner shipping or freight forwarding or logistics/supply chain sales related experience.
- Also open to shipping candidates who are keen to move into sales.
- Experience in managing forwarding accounts an asset.
- Proven sales execution ability, problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Eloquent communicator with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify market opportunities.
- Highly motivated individual who is result-oriented and resilient.
- Ability to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and experience with CRM tools.
