What this means for you is the opportunity to be a part of delivering innovative solutions and helping to solve real business problems for a wide variety of valued clients.Essential Job Functions:Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets while accommodating varied sales cycle demands.Maintain a well-managed sales pipeline and continuously educate customers about products, pricing, and market differentiators.Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to foster long-term business relationships.Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to identify new business prospects and strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure departmental alignment and mutual support.Innovate within the sales process by introducing process improvements and new technologies.Handle complex sales negotiations and participate in deal closings.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experienceProven track record in sales and sales enablementProficiencies in sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and market analysisIdeal candidate to have mandatory experience with public sector accounts and strong background with IT Services sales, focusing on offerings such as ServiceNow, Outsystems, Microsof,t and good to have exposure to Salesforce or PegaMinimum 15 to 20 years in the sales industryA continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technologyHunter-based role with a focus on growing accounts and bringing in new logos.Key experience in seeking, identifying ,and qualifying a winning strategy for clients.Other Qualifications:Advanced degree in a relevant field a plusRelevant certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP) a plusLearn more about DXC and what we do:LinkedIn:Instagram:Youtube:TikTok:WebsiteAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
