  • Management of travel request and travel arrangement
  • Support timesheets and expense claims
  • Company travel and transport vendor management in liaison with Office Manager
  • Ad-hoc admin for new project set-up
  • External audit and corporate secretary liaison
  • Manager SG office emails - back up support
  • Other administrative support as and when required
Business Generation / Bid or Proposal Support
  • Support CV converts and data maintenance
  • BAU bids and fee extensions
  • Case studies - coordinate with the team to update and complete case studies /Database maintenance for project case study
  • Database maintenance for project case study
  • Tracker- Maintain list of completed and ongoing projects
  • Support case studies updating and database maintenance
  • Fee letter preparation for extension
  • Business and Company registration / renewals- PSPC, eBACS, , SISV, EPPU
Qualifications
  • Bachelors in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
  • 2 - 4 years experience within business support for professional services or similar industries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database tools.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Experience with proposal coordination and document control.
  • Familiarity with client/vendor registration processes.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
