Electrical device characterization to identify electrical fail mechanism. Operate fault isolation equipment to narrow failure defect location. Perform physical failure analysis to identify physical defect. Establish and hypothesize possible electrical or process fail mechanism based on electrical fail model and physical failure analysis characterization, to support process improvement. Prepare and present electrical and physical failure mechanism on a weekly basis. Develop new fault isolation/physical failure analysis technique. Diploma in any related Engineering field Possess strong analytical, problem-solving skills and a strong strive to excel. Highly motivated individuals. Knowledge of fault isolation equipment/technique/physical failure analysis is an added advantage. Understanding in DRAM/HBM devices and knowledge of Fab process is an added advantage
