- Plan, execute, and monitor high impact projects driven by the CEO Office.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
- Coordinate cross functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Anticipate and mitigate risks, escalating issues proactively.
- Act as an extension of the CEO, ensuring decisions and strategic initiatives are implemented effectively.
- Follow up on CEO’s directives, ensuring accountability and completion of actions by responsible teams.
- Prepare executive briefings, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and senior leadership, ensuring clear communication and collaboration
- Facilitate effective information flow within the organization on CEO led initiatives.
- Support the CEO in managing relationships with key external stakeholders, partners, and merchants.
- Streamline workflows and establish processes for tracking and reporting progress on strategic priorities.
- Identify opportunities for business improvement and operational efficiencies.
- Monitor industry trends and provide insights to inform CEO decision making.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- You have previous work experience (Ideally 3-5 years) experience in project management, strategy, or business operations.
- You have strong organizational and program management skills with attention to detail.
- You have excellent written, verbal communication & senior stakeholder management skills, including executive level reporting and preparation power point presentation deck for C-suites (this is a must)
- You have proven ability to work under pressure in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- You have a high degree of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
