In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging data to drive business strategy, performance, and decision-making in a particular domain such as Growth, Business Efficiency or ARC (Audit, Risk, and Compliance). This is a high-impact role where you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, build scalable BI solutions, and provide insights that guide critical business functions.What You'll Be Doing
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze complex data sets to identify key trends, patterns, and opportunities. Provide actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using modern BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.) to monitor business performance.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across the organization - such as Product, Finance, Risk, Operations, and Compliance - to understand their data needs and translate them into effective BI solutions.
  • Data Integrity & Governance: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality. Work with data engineering teams to enhance data pipelines and architecture where necessary.
  • Project Management: Lead BI initiatives from requirement gathering through execution and delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Enablement: Empower business users with self-service analytics capabilities and provide training on interpreting data outputs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date on BI trends, tools, and best practices. Proactively identify opportunities to improve BI processes and tools.
What We Look For In You
  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related fields.
  • Experience in fintech, crypto, or regulated industries is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to work with large datasets and deliver insights that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
  • Hands-on experience with modern BI/visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or Looker.
  • Familiarity with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work under tight timelines.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required to collaborate with internal stakeholders in Mandarin-speaking markets.
