- Monitor Monthly KPI customer’s target and prepare Corrective Action if there is any
- Build a strong win-win customer relationship to ensure customer retention and development solution to growth existing business.
- Manpower arrangement with the PerC team. (Hiring & Replacement if any)
- Provide coaching / training to subordinates (when needed)
- Troubleshooting on operational issues such as Okura conveyor issues, WMS etc.
- Drive and implement OMS culture as per DSC standards. Always educate the staffs
- Manage the planning process to ensure all activities are executed
- Focus on quality, cost and service level to meet customer’s expectation
- Continually review and improve business processes. (Come up with more ideas on CI)
- Communication – Have regular sessions with the staff, to understand more about their feedback and concerns. Link up with our HRBP if there is a need, example family issues, or personal reasons
