- Transform Returns & Refund Operations: Analyse existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement process changes to handle high-volume returns with speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency
- Launch Warehouse Automation: Lead the initial phases of an automation initiative, including opportunity assessment, vendor selection, proof-of-concept design, and implementation planning
- Lead High-Impact Projects: Drive operational improvements, capacity expansions, and productivity initiatives that deliver tangible results
- Data-Driven Problem Solving: Gather and interpret operational data to identify bottlenecks, quantify improvement opportunities, and guide decision-making
- KPI & Incentive Design: Build and refine performance metrics and incentive systems that align operational teams with broader business goals
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse ops, logistics, tech, and regional teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution
- End-to-End Project Ownership: Manage the full lifecycle of projects from concept to delivery, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
- Minimum of 2 years in project management, operations, or strategy roles. Experience in supply chain, logistics, or automation projects is a plus
- Highly skilled in working with data, identifying trends, and turning insights into actionable solutions
- Able to present findings and recommendations persuasively to both operational teams and senior stakeholders
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
