In your new role you will:
- Prepare cost planning for the respective departments
- Request quotation, issue Purchase Requisition (PR) or Purchase Order(PO) and monitoring the PO consumptions for vendors and subcons
- Work with respective departments for billing automation program setup, updates, debugging, sustaining and etc
- Billing invoice matching and verification, including work with the respective parties on billing dispute
- Approve and submit invoice to Account Payable within the agreed KPI, via multiple platform (email, Ariba, and etc)
- Follow up through the whole process from receiving freight billing invoices until vendors receiving payment
- Assisting in the preparation of project proposals, timeframes, and schedules
- Monitoring and reporting project progress, as well as handling any issues that arise
- Any other ad-hoc task
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Industrial, Business Management /Logistics / Finance
- Minimum 2-3 years of Logistics, Freight forwarder management
- Possesses transactional experience using SAP & Oracle
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, proactive and meticulous
- Ability to analyse data and recognize improvement opportunity
- Strong administrative and time management skills
- ,Analytical, with good interpersonal & communication skills
- Good organizational skills and ability to set priorities, manage time effectively and able to work under tight timelines
